Shipping Policies and Procedures for The Artistic Avenues.  

The Artistic Avenues will ship the best way for your order.  Usually we will ship USPS .

For those of you ordering collage sheets, charms, or eyelets the weight is minimal . If you would like to phone me and leave a message, I will return your call and at that time I will verbally take your credit card over the phone so that we can save you some money on your postage.  $5.00 minimum order.

Shipping costs are calculated on the weight of your order. If you have a question please e-mail me at theartisticavenues@yahoo.com or through the website there is a link, or by in typing .http://www.theartisticavenues.com/   

As soon as an order is placed you will receive notification of the shipping. Our goal is 72 hours. We are ordering from overseas for you, so some of those orders may take longer. The handmade orders are limited to stock on hand. We will notify you if things are expected to take longer than the 72 hours.

We are not responsible for lost packages. Insurance is a viable option. It is about $1.50 for every $50.00.

Returns have a 30 day return policy if the product is defective or if you received the wrong item. The item must be in its original packaging.  A 15% restocking fee may be applied to non-defective items.
