News.... it is for me. I have been thinking and planning to have Mosaic collage Classes  for a long time. I just love these little works of art & want to share them! We will do a collage that is 5x5 and can be hung on the wall or displayed on an easel. They are definitely bigger than the ones shown on the left.

Let me explain alittle about the classes, and then I will post the information. There is a lot to learn about polymer clay. None of it is hard, just fun!  We will learn those tips and make tiles in the first class.The second class is all about putting it together.

CLASS:

Mosaic Tile Collage: Tuesday August 31st 10:00Am to 3:00Pm.

Class will start at 10:00 AM. If you are on time, I will give you a little gift to use in class! We will learn the differences in the clays & how to use our pasta machines. We will learn to condition & roll the clay evenly.Then the fun begins! Stamp into clay, or mold your clay for the beautiful tiles!  We will embellish with pearl-ex, gold leaf, and do some easy beading. I promise, you will go home and look at your supplies differently & you might easily become addicted like me! The finished collage is 5x5 square. They are a lovely accent to your home or a unique gift.

We need Pasta (dedicated to clay) machines for everyone. I have access to 3. Let me know if you are bringing one. I will supply everything else except your sack lunch. Please bring one as it will be a longer class than usual. One more thing bring a tupperware type container so you can take your tiles home!

Class cost:    $40.00

Class: Mosaic Collage Assemblage: Wednesday September 8th 10:00 Am to 1:00pm.

In this class we will assemble our beautiful tiles! We will probably make a few more tiles to fill in extra spaces. We will stamp and bead our mosaics to completion. Class Cost:  $15.00

Please bring your Pasta machine for this class also.
